2.1 To register and use the rog178 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

Providing false information — including misrepresentation of age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. rog178 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.
3.2 Registration Information. During registration you will be required to provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your full legal name, and your date of birth. All information provided must be truthful and consistent with the identity documents you will later submit during KYC verification.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. rog178 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to another party. Winnings may only be withdrawn to payment methods registered in the same name as the account holder.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. rog178 reserves the right to levy an inactivity administration fee on inactive accounts, the amount and schedule of which will be communicated by email before any deduction is made. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be closed at our discretion.
4.1 rog178 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain cases, before permitting continued use of the Platform. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, is a standard international anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement.
4.2 Required Documents. KYC verification typically requires submission of the following:

4.4 rog178 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification.
5.1 rog178 accepts deposits via the following locally supported payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. Specific promotions may carry a higher minimum deposit requirement to qualify for a bonus.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your account balance within two (2) to ten (10) minutes. rog178 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's own processing schedule .
5.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your rog178 account are from a legitimate source and are not derived from any unlawful activity. rog178 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time as part of its ongoing compliance obligations.
5.5 Declined Deposits. If a deposit transaction is declined by your bank or e-wallet provider, please contact your financial institution directly. rog178 does not charge any fees for declined deposit attempts; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
5.6 Third-Party Deposits. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once a Player has completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. All withdrawals are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to six (6) hours during standard operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB, seven days a week). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available window. During peak periods, processing may extend to twenty-four (24) hours.
6.4 Withdrawal Fees. rog178 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer or administration fees, for which rog178 accepts no responsibility.
6.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Any active bonus funds or pending wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fully settled before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Attempting to withdraw while a wagering requirement is outstanding will result in the bonus funds — but not the qualifying deposit — being forfeited.
6.6 Right to Request Documentation. Prior to approving any withdrawal, rog178 may require additional verification documentation consistent with Clause 4. This is standard practice and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing. Cooperation with documentation requests is a condition of withdrawal approval.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry period will be clearly stated on the promotion page at the time of opt-in.
7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a prior bonus is still active will forfeit the prior bonus and any associated wagering progress.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. The following behaviors constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and potential account closure:

7.6 Mix parlay Promotions. Where a promotion applies specifically to mix parlay (combination accumulator) bets, a minimum number of selections and minimum odds per leg will be stated. Voided or postponed legs in a mix parlay may reduce the accumulator to fewer legs; the outcome of the promotion will be assessed on the remaining valid legs per the stated rules.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed on the rog178 Platform are final and binding once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all selections — including event, market, odds, and stake — before confirming a bet.
8.2 Odds and Pricing. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. rog178 uses decimal-format odds as the default display; other formats may be selected in account settings where available.
8.3 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest error in the displayed odds, line, or event details — including but not limited to data feed errors, pricing system errors, or human input errors — rog178 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Players will be notified and the original stake will be returned.
8.4 Event Cancellations and Postponements. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold applicable to that sport (as defined in our sport-specific rules), any bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Where an event is delayed but commences within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, bets will generally stand.
8.5 Togel Draw Rules. For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products, the official draw results from the designated source for each pool will govern settlement. rog178 assumes no liability for discrepancies between unofficial sources and the designated official draw result.
8.6 Live Betting. Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. During periods of high traffic — particularly for BRI Liga 1 fixtures or UEFA Champions League knockout matches — certain markets may be temporarily suspended to allow for odds recalculation. Bets accepted prior to a suspension remain valid.
8.7 Maximum Winnings. Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per player account period. These limits are detailed on the relevant sport or game page. rog178 reserves the right to restrict maximum bet amounts on any Player's account at our reasonable discretion, including in cases of suspected professional or syndicate betting activity.
9.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rog178 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

10.1 All content on the rog178 Platform — including but not limited to the rog178 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rog178 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other use of Platform content is permitted without the express prior written consent of rog178.
10.3 You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, scrape, or create derivative works from any Platform content for any purpose without explicit written authorization from rog178.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rog178, its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
11.2 rog178 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. rog178 accepts no liability for losses attributable to service downtime during such events.
11.3 rog178's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits rog178's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14.2 Where a Player is based in Indonesia, nothing in these Terms shall limit any mandatory consumer-protection rights to which the Player may be entitled under applicable Indonesian law, to the extent those rights cannot be contractually waived.
14.3 In the event of a dispute between a Player and rog178, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the Platform's official support channel. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice of the dispute, either party may escalate to the applicable dispute-resolution process under the licensing framework.
15.1 rog178 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email to the address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.1.
